Councils Productivity Mainstreaming Committee Training
The Council’s Productivity Mainstreaming Committee successfully completed training with the National Productivity and Competitiveness Centre (NPCC) on productivity mainstreaming, in line with the 20th cycle performance contracting guidelines 23/2024. This comprehensive training was designed to equip the committee with the essential knowledge and skills to promote productivity within the Council’s operations.
The training covered a wide range of topics, including identifying key productivity drivers, streamlining processes, and implementing performance improvement strategies. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, committee members gained valuable insights into best practices for enhancing productivity in the workplace.
