• Duly filled application form;
• Copy of the business plan for intended warehouse(s)
• Demonstrate ability to provide performance bond;
• Copy of current Tax Compliance Certificate; Copy of certificate of good conduct
• Personal details – Copies of ID, PIN No;
• Copy of insurance policy;
• Copy of Valid license for the warehouse;
• In the case of a company, Copy of certificate of incorporation/Registration and the latest CR12;
• Copy of certificate of good conduct;
• Copy of previous years license in case of renewals;
• Proof of payment of requisite application fee;
• Copy of latest warehouse inspection report (should be at least – within the last two years).
