Job Specifications

Reporting to the Officer-In-Charge of Planning and Strategy, the job holder will be responsible for the following:

  1. Collecting and collating statistical data;  
  2. Implementing Council’s strategic plan and service charter; 
  3. Implementing Council’s performance contract and master plan; 
  4. Conducting corporate research, economic analysis and strategies;  
  5. Undertaking feasibility studies and service delivery surveys; and 
  6. Providing input in the preparation of development plans.

Person Specifications

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:: -

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: - Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, project planning and management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; 
  2. Proficiency in computer applications; and 
  3. Met the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
