The Warehouse Receipt System Council (WRSC) will be attending the official launch of agriGHALA, set to take place on 4th December 2024 at the agriBORA Warehouse, Vishva Business Park, Kipkaren Road, Eldoret. This landmark event represents a significant step forward in transforming Kenya’s agricultural landscape through innovative, tech-driven solutions designed to empower smallholder farmers and enhance market efficiency.
Through its regulations, WRSC facilitates the certification of warehouses, ensuring farmers have access to safe, reliable storage facilities that meet quality standards agriSTORAGE | agriGHALA. Additionally, the Council promotes integration within the value chain, creating opportunities for secure financing, better commodity management, and improved market access for smallholder farmers. With over 270 agriHUBS across Kenya, agriGHALA bridges the gap between smallholder farmers.
