The Warehouse Receipt System Council team participated in a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshop hosted by KOMEX, focusing on the integration between the Warehouse Receipt System and the exchange platform. A key highlight was testing how warehouse receipts seamlessly translate into commodity contracts, enhancing efficiency and transparency in the trading ecosystem.
The Workshop was also attended by representatives from the Presidential Economic Transformation Secretariat (PETS), Capital Markets Authority, Afridata Limited (Kenya), and the Eastern Africa Grain Council.
